To spread love and peace through the world is a task that everyone thinks about. It all starts with one, that reflection you see in the mirror. But we know that it is difficult and hard to take on the constant battles that life presents. I wanted to share a couple words that others have said to help me, and now maybe some of you, to get through those tough moments.
